The fastest electric vehicle chargers can add 100 miles in just five minutes. So, what can Fulham’s finest do in that time?
That’s exactly what we asked midfield rock Sander Berge, flying full back Timothy Castagne and wing wizard Reiss Nelson.
As Fulham FC’s official electric vehicle partner, we put the players to the test in the Charge Time Challenge – a series of quick-fire tasks… and not just football ones.
We started with a tried and tested crossbar challenge and it was Reiss who came out on top. It wasn’t without controversy, though, as a late VAR check was needed to determine the final result.
Then it was onto building a LEGO electric car and charger (complete with solar panel) and here Timothy took the win but again with a disputed ending.
The final decision by head judge and Fulham FC podcast host Ivan Berry, left Sander threatening to walk out of the competition altogether.
Fortunately, they made up and Sander stayed to take on the remaining challenges – a unique football target challenge, building a house of cards and making a bed.
