For contactless payment devices and wallets, provide the last four digits of your device’s virtual account number/virtual card number. This is different from the number of your actual physical card.

Your virtual account number (VAN) or virtual card number is a key part of keeping your digital transactions secure on Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Finding your virtual account or virtual card number might seem a bit tricky at first, but it’s actually quite simple once you know where to look.

For the most up-to-date and specific instructions, it’s always a good idea to check the support pages or help sections provided by your digital wallet app. They can offer detailed guidance tailored to your particular device and software version. However, for quick reference here’s our cheat sheet.

  • Open your wallet app
    Begin by opening the wallet app on your device where you manage your payment cards.
  • Select your payment card
    Select the payment card you used to charge to find the virtual account number or virtual card number.
  • Access card information
    Look for an option that says, ‘Card Details’ or ‘Card Information’. You’ll typically find this in the settings or info section of the app.
  • Locate the virtual account number or virtual card number
    In the card details section, you should see the last four digits of your virtual account number or virtual card number. This is usually displayed near your card information.

To locate your receipts, ensure you have the last four digits of your card or your virtual account number/virtual card number, the charge session location, and the date ready.

It’s also handy to know the amount your charging session cost as it will help you to verify your session.

Your receipt should show up on the portal three hours after your charging session. If it doesn’t appear, just reach out to our friendly customer service team via live chat or our web form, and we’ll be happy to help. Just make sure to provide us with all the details we need to track it down.

You can sign up for automated digital receipts, sent directly to your inbox every time you charge with a particular contactless payment device.

Ready to sign up? Fill in the details on the portal to find your most recent charging session. On the portal, you’ll see an option to sign up for your receipts to be emailed to you after each charge session.

Before signing up please make sure you check that the date, location and amount correspond to your charging session.

If you’ve charged using contactless payment you will need to use the receipt portal to locate your charging receipt. However, if you have used our app, the receipt will be automatically emailed to you after every charging session.
