On the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway, we collaborate with a range of partners to simplify your payment options and meet both personal and corporate needs.

These partners include Allstar, Paua, Plugsurfing, DKV Mobility Options and Digital Charging Solutions (DCS).

Please note that for assistance with third-party cards, apps, payments and receipts, you should contact the respective provider’s customer service, which can be found below.

We accept three types of contactless Allstar cards as payment on the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway:

• Allstar One Electric
• Allstar Visa
• Mina Chargepass.

Simply plug in and tap your card against the contactless payment terminal (not the RFID reader) to activate your charge, just as you would with a contactless payment card or device.

Receipts:

When you use an Allstar card for payment, Allstar manages the billing process. Therefore, the GRIDSERVE receipt portal will not display a receipt for transactions made with an Allstar card. Instead, please refer to your invoice from Allstar for detailed information.

Through the Paua app, drivers can actively access the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway, effortlessly locating charging stations, initiating charging sessions, and making payments in one convenient place. Drivers are also supplied with an RFID card.

To start and stop a charge session, simply tap your Paua RFID card on the payment terminal or select the charger in the Paua app.

Payment history and receipts:

You can find charging history on the Paua app dashboard. You will receive a single invoice with a list of completed charging sessions at the end of each month. You will not be able to locate your receipts for these sessions in the GRIDSERVE receipt portal.

Through the Plugsurfing app, you can access chargers across the GRIDSERVE Electric Highway, with locating a charger, availability, pricing and payment all handled in one simple place. Simply tap your Plugsurfing charging card or key to get started.

Payment history and receipts:

Your charging sessions will be stored on the app in your Activity tab, where you’ll see a detailed review of charging session history and a summary of monthly activities, including session times and payment details. As a result, these sessions won’t be available in the GRIDSERVE receipt portal.

Porsche is one of GRIDSERVE’s roaming partners, allowing Porsche drivers to use the My Porsche app or the Porsche fob to charge across our network. To ensure a smooth charging experience, here’s how to handle any issues that may arise:

Charging Support
If you encounter problems such as charging errors or if a charger is down, please contact GRIDSERVE Customer Services at 0800 240 42 42.

Payment Assistance
If you experience issues with payments while using the My Porsche app or the Porsche fob, please get in touch with Porsche Customer Services on 0808 168 5219.

Lost Charging Fob
If you lose your Porsche charging fob, you can contact Porsche Customer Services on 0808 168 5219 or reach out to your local Porsche dealer to request a replacement.

GRIDSERVE accepts two convenient DKV payment methods to make your charging experience easier. 

DKV CARD+CHARGE: Activate your charge by tapping your card on the RFID reader on our chargers. 

DKV Mobility App: Start and manage your vehicle charging through the app. 

If you encounter any issues with DKV, please reach out to them for support. This includes enquiries about your receipts, as your transaction records will be managed by DKV, not GRIDSERVE.

DCS manages digital charging payments for several car manufacturers, including BMW, Mercedes, and Volvo. To activate a charge, simply tap the card at our RFID reader or use the corresponding app.
